The 28-Day Satisfaction Guarantee applies to all 2026 & Current models golf clubs* purchased between Friday March 27th and April 30th, both in-store and online.
Customers who are not satisfied with their purchase may exchange the club within 28 days of the original purchase date (or date of delivery), subject to the following conditions:
Eligibility
- Applies to Drivers, Fairway Woods, Hybrids, Utility Irons, Iron Sets, Putters and Package Sets.
- Applies to 2026 and (in-line) current models only.
- Includes both standard stock and custom-fitted clubs.
* Wedges are excluded from this promotion.
Exchange Conditions
- Clubs must be returned within 28 days of purchase (or date of delivery) with a valid proof of purchase.
- Clubs must be returned in reasonable condition, free from damage including sky marks, excessive scratches, or other visible damage.
- Exchanges must be made for products of equal or greater value.
- Credit notes, refunds, or gift vouchers will not be issued under this promotion.
- Any remaining balance after the exchange may be used towards additional products at the time of exchange.
Usage Limits
- Customers can only avail of this promotion once.
- Once an exchange has been completed, the promotion cannot be used again by the same customer.
General
- Management reserves the right to refuse an exchange where the returned product does not meet the stated conditions.
- Management reserves the right to make exceptions at their discretion where appropriate.
